MONTH 2-3: RECRUITING TALENT

You will be supported to:

Define roles and expectations properly, attract and assess candidates effectively, Interview with confidence and consistency

and make informed hiring decisions. The aim is to hire fewer people, better.

MONTH 4-6 BUILDING THE TEAM

Set new hires up for success and future growth using the HIRE Framework - including induction programmes, clear expectations, and a strong cultural foundation. Define personal goals, behaviours, training plans, and KPIs to ensure every team member is engaged and ready to contribute at a high level.

MONTH 7-9 PERFORMANCE OPTIMISATION

Strengthen your ability to lead, manage, and develop others without constant oversight. Through effective probation reviews, goal-setting, and reward strategies. Drive engagement with personalised development plans. The emphasis is on improving execution and reducing friction.

MONTH 10-12 GROWTH & RETENTION

Future-proofing your business. Keep your best people by offering continuous growth opportunities. Reduce dependency by developing internal capability and future leaders. Retain key people through clarity, progression, and trust. Provide leadership training to develop tomorrow’s potential decision-makers within your team.
